Qualifications

Your qualifications implemented with ease. Instead of formatting your image on a Google sheet, you will upload a PNG directly to the qualification you wish to implement within your unit. Space is also available for your unit administration to implement a synopsis of the award in question.

Qualification Groups

To better organize your individual qualifications, you will need to create a qualification group. This will allow you to organize your qualifications by category. For example, you can create a qualification group for your unit qualifications and another for your personal qualifications such as Staff Shops.

Creating Your Qualification Group

To create a Qualification Group, please ensure you have the Create Group permissions. Use the navigation bar on the left side of the page and select Qualifications. Next select the Create Group button. This will open a modal that will allow you to input your Qualification Group information. You will need to input your Qualification Group Name and select the blue Create Group button below where you input Group Name. To the right side there is a Preview Group section complete with a yellow modify button and a red delete button.

Editing Your Qualification Group

To edit your Qualification group order, use the navigation bar on the left side of the page and select Qualifications. Next, select the yellow Modify button, which has a wrench icon, on the qualification group you wish to edit. This will open a modal that will allow you to edit the display order of the qualification group by dragging and dropping. To confirm your changes, select the green save button with a cloud icon.

Deleting Your Qualification Group

To delete your Qualification group, use the navigation bar on the left side of the page and select Qualifications. Next, select the Delete button on the qualification group you wish to delete. This will open a modal that will allow you to delete your qualification group. To confirm, select the Delete button.

Individual Qualifications

Housed within your qualification group are your individual qualifications. These qualifications are the ones that will be displayed on each player's profile once given a qualification.

Creating and Editing Your Qualifications

To create a qualification, please ensure you have the Create Qualification permissions. Use the navigation bar on the left side of the page and select Qualifications. Next, select the Create Qualification button. This will open a modal that will allow you to input your Qualification information. You will need to input your Qualification Name, Qualification Description, Qualification Group, and Qualification Image. Once you have input your information, select the blue Create Qualification button below where you input Qualification Image. To the right side there is a Qualification Preview section complete with a yellow modify button and a red delete button.

Adding an Image

At the time of writing, a recommended shape for your qualification is a square. Your pixel width and height will be the same. Your image is also recommended to be in a PNG format with a transparent background. This will allow your qualification to be displayed on your unit's page with ease.
