Ranks

Your rank structure is implemented with ease. Instead of formatting your image on a Google sheet, you will upload a PNG directly to the rank you wish to implement within your unit as well as the abbreviation of the rank and the title of the rank. Space is also available for your unit administration to implement a synopsis of the rank in question.

Rank Groups

To better organize your individual ranks, you will need to create a rank group. This will allow you to organize your ranks by category. For example, you can create a rank group for your enlisted ranks and another for your officer ranks.

Creating Your Rank Group

To create a Rank Group, please ensure you have the Create Group permissions. Use the navigation bar on the left side of the page and select Ranks. Next select the Create Group button. This will open a modal that will allow you to input your Rank Group information. You will need to input your Rank Group Name and select the blue Create Group button below where you input Group Name. To the right side there is a Preview Group section complete with a yellow modify button and a red delete button.

Editing Your Rank Group

To edit your Rank group order, use the navigation bar on the left side of the page and select Ranks. Next, select the yellow Modify button, which has a wrench icon, on the rank group you wish to edit. This will open a modal that will allow you to edit the display order of the rank group by dragging and dropping. To confirm your changes, select the green save button with a cloud icon.

Deleting Your Rank Group

To delete your Rank group, use the navigation bar on the left side of the page and select Ranks. Next, select the Delete button on the rank group you wish to delete. This will open a modal that will allow you to delete your rank group. To confirm, select the Delete button.

Individual Ranks

Housed within your rank group are your individual ranks. These ranks are the ones that will be displayed on each player's profile once given a rank.

Creating and Editing Your Ranks

To create a rank, please ensure you have the Create Rank permissions. Use the navigation bar on the left side of the page and select Ranks. Next, select the Create Rank button. This will open a modal that will allow you to input your Rank information. You will need to input your Rank Name, Rank Abbreviation, Rank Image, and Rank Description. Once you have inputted your information, select the blue Create Rank button below where you input Rank Name. To the right side there is a Preview Rank section complete with a yellow modify button and a red delete button.

Adding an Image

At the time of writing, a recommended shape for your rank is a square. Your pixel width and height will be the same. Your image is also recommended to be in a PNG format with a transparent background. This will allow your rank to be displayed on your unit's page with ease.
